Library of Standard Management Reports

Democracy Direct features a library of standard Grassroots and PAC reports that are available to all licensed users of Democracy Direct Grassroots and/or PAC. DDC will also be expanding this list of standard reports in future releases.  Please see the list of available Democracy Direct Management Reports below:

Please review the reports descriptions and sample report outputs detailed below.  If you and your users are interested in having access to these reports via Democracy Direct, please have your administrator contact DDC’s Customer Care Center or your Solutions Consultant and request access to specific reports (including the user names that should have access).

  • PDF Activation Communications by Legislator—Displays all communications sent to a legislator. The user can choose the activity (multiselect), a legislator, types of communications (multiselect), and the date range to see what communications have been sent to the selected legislator for the parameters defined.  Click here to view a sample. 
  • PDFActivation Details—Displays activation details for a user-selected activity, including total number of individuals, the total number of legislators contacted, the individuals with most activities, and breakdown of individual activity, including name of legislators contacted, type of communication, date, and time.   Click here to view a sample. 
  • PDFActivation by Federal Legislator—Displays the number of communications sent to individual federal legislators per activity in crosstab format, grouped by state.   • PDFActivation by Group and Type—Displays the number of individuals of selected types that took action, per type, per activity in crosstab format summarized for all states.  The report is then further broken out for each state.  The report supports drill-down from a state to the count of actions taken by individual names.  Report parameters include Activation Date Range, Project, Activity (multiselect), Individual Address (used for state grouping), Group, and Type (multiselect).  Click here to view a sample. 
  • PDFActivation by Legislator with Individual Details—Displays activation counts for a user-selected activity by legislator.  The report supports drill-down to activation details for a legislator, including who sent an activation on what date.  Click here to view a sample. 
  • PDFActivations by State Legislator—Displays the number of communications sent to individual state legislators per activity in crosstab format, grouped by state.  Charts top state legislators across all selected activities.  Report parameters include Activation Date Range, State (multiselect), Project, and Activity (multiselect).  Click here to view a sample.
  • PDFCampaign Summary—Displays a top-level summary of all activations and solicitations for all activities with a launch date that falls within a user-entered date range.  (Activation and solicitation numbers are not restricted by the date range.  For an activity that has a launch date within the date range, all activations and solicitations will be included).  The report supports drill-down to a summary of activations and solicitations per activity, then drills to an activity’s activation details, including who sent an activation to which legislator on what date.  Click here to view a sample. 
  • PDFConnections by Committee— Displays legislators for a user-selected committee  who have connections, including the connection details.  Report parameters include Level (federal or state and committee type) and Committee name (single select).  Click here to view a sample. 
  • PDFConnections by Legislator—Displays all individuals who have connections to legislators, grouped by legislator, including the connection details.  Report parameters include Legislator (multiselect).  Click here to view a sample.
  • PDF Legislator Vote Summary—Displays a summary of how legislators voted on a single roll call vote associated with a bill (user selects the bill and the roll call vote).  The user has the option to display the bill/vote description, which can be edited through the Scorecard Management screen.  Click here to view a sample.

  • PDFCurrent Federal Incumbents – Election Year Expenditures— Shows disbursement totals for current seated federal legislators for a user-entered election year for candidate committees and for a user-entered date range for leadership committees.  Legislators are grouped and subtotaled by chamber and party.  Charts of disbursement totals by party, disbursement totals by chamber and party, and disbursement totals by committee type and party.  Note: Historical data is shown for current seated federal legislators only.
